Who can use Talk Yo Pips

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Talk Yo Pips is available worldwide where the law allows it; we may limit or refuse access where the law requires us to. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

Accounts and membership

Creating an account is free. A free account (and an account whose membership has ended) includes your own private Trade Journal and Compound Plans, your account, profile, membership and notification settings, and watching Open House Live sessions. Open House sessions are view-only for free accounts: you can watch and listen, but chat, reactions, polls, raising your hand, joining the stage and screen sharing are for members.

Everything else — members-only Live sessions, Education, lessons and recordings, Community, Trade Ideas and Results, and private messages — needs an active paid membership (or other access we give). We may ask you to confirm your email address.

Deleting your Talk Yo Pips account does not cancel a paid membership. Cancel it in your Whop account.

Paid memberships and billing

Essentials and Inner Circle memberships are sold on our website and billed by Whop, which acts as the merchant and billing provider. The plan, price and billing period (monthly or every 6 months, depending on the plan you choose) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and Whop charges the payment method you provided, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account (Manage or cancel on the Membership page, or the link in your Whop receipt email). If you cancel, your membership does not renew and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If we raise the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the higher price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or for a verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge. To ask about a charge, email talkyopips@gmail.com with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We review every request and aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refund requests are decided by Talk Yo Pips, and Whop processes the billing and the refunds we approve, back to the original payment method. Talk Yo Pips remains responsible for these terms and for what we tell you about your membership.

If a refund of a payment succeeds, in full or in part, your access for the period that payment covered ends. A refund that is still pending, or that fails or is cancelled, does not change your access. If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, access for that period is suspended while the dispute is open; it returns if the dispute is decided in our favour and stays ended if it is not.

If a renewal payment fails, your access may pause until the payment succeeds.

Open House and guest access

From time to time we may open an Open House. While it is on, you can check in as a guest with your full name, email address and phone number, without creating an account or a password. Guest access is free, temporary and personal to you, and we may change, pause or end it at any time.

Give your own, accurate details. Checking in again with the same email address or phone number ends your earlier guest pass on any other device. How guest details are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

As a guest you can watch Open House Live sessions and use a private Trade Journal and Compound Plan. Open House sessions are view-only for guests: you can watch and listen, but chat, reactions, polls, raising your hand, joining the stage and screen sharing aren't included. Guest access does not include members-only Live sessions, Education, lessons or recordings, Community, Trade Ideas and Results, groups or private messages.

Your guest pass ends when Open House ends (at most 8 hours), or earlier if we turn it off. You're then signed out, and your guest Trade Journal and Compound Plan are deleted. A guest pass can't be turned into a permanent account; to keep using Talk Yo Pips, you need your own account.

Guests follow these terms. We may end a guest pass early, without notice, if a guest breaks these terms or to protect the community.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don't share your access. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at talkyopips@gmail.com.

Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. You may not post or share harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams or impersonation; anything illegal; other people's private information; claims that trading results or returns are guaranteed; or offers to sell or promote paid signals, trading services or referral schemes.

Content that sexually exploits children is prohibited. We remove it, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required, and ban the account.

Report anything that breaks these rules with Report on the message, post or member, or by email. Content or members that break these rules are removed or suspended. These rules apply to everyone who posts or takes part in Live, including guests.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Talk Yo Pips a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show and share it within Talk Yo Pips, including in Live recordings and replays, so we can run the service. Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Live sessions and recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and shared with members. If you accept an invitation to the stage, everyone in the session can hear you (and see you, if your camera is on), and you may appear in the recording. How recordings are kept is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Education, not advice

Talk Yo Pips is for education and general information only. Nothing here is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or a guarantee of results. Trading futures, options, forex and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not predict future results. Profits are never guaranteed.

Trade Ideas are general educational examples of the team's own process, shown the same way to every member; they are not personalized advice or a recommendation for you. The Scoreboard and Results show the team's own recorded trades in points. They are not audited, may not include fees, slippage or taxes, and do not predict future results. Your results will differ.

Talk Yo Pips and its hosts do not provide personalized investment or trading advice and are not acting as your investment adviser or broker. Talk Yo Pips does not place trades, connect to brokers or hold funds.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete account, or app.talkyopips.com/delete-account). Deletion is completed after 14 days, during which you can change your mind. What is deleted and what is kept is explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a Whop membership.

How to delete your account

Availability, termination, disclaimers and liability

We provide Talk Yo Pips "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or remove features, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We are not responsible for trading decisions you make or any losses you have. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

Governing law, disputes and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or to rely on its mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell members about significant changes in the app or by email. If you keep using Talk Yo Pips after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
