Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy explains how Millionaire Motion Technologies LLC ("Talk Yo Pips", "we") handles personal information when you use talkyopips.com, app.talkyopips.com and the Talk Yo Pips iPhone and Android apps. Questions about your privacy: talkyopips@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account: your email, display name and password (stored only as a salted hash). Optional: a profile picture, Instagram handle and TradingView username.
- Membership: website memberships are sold and billed by Whop. Whop tells us your membership's status, product, renewal date and the email used for the purchase. We never receive your card details. When you start checkout we send Whop your account ID and, if you arrived through a referral link, its code.
- Your tools: Trade Journal entries, notes, balances, P&L, payouts and recaps, Compound Plans, wheel results and votes. These are private to your account.
- Community and messages: Community messages, reactions, polls and attachments, Results posts, private messages, group chat messages, and reports.
- Live: Live chat, viewer presence, attendance and Raise Hand requests. If you are brought on stage, your microphone (and camera, only if the host allows it) is used with your permission.
- Email sign-ups: if you join our free email list or register for a masterclass, your email address, your first name, an optional phone number, the consent wording you agreed to and when, and where you came from (for example a link's campaign tags or a referral code).
- Open House guest check-in: if you check in to an Open House as a guest, your full name, email address and phone number, when you checked in, the version of the check-in privacy notice you accepted, and the campaign tag of the link you came from, if it had one.
- Notifications: your notification settings, including quiet hours, and, if you allow notifications in our phone apps, a device token.
- Technical: server logs with your IP address and request details, used for security and abuse prevention, and error reports from the app and website sent to our own servers. Logs never contain passwords or sign-in tokens.
- Cookies: one sign-in cookie, and cookies that remember display preferences such as your theme. No advertising or analytics cookies.
What we don't do
We don't collect precise location, contacts, health data or advertising identifiers. We use no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't track whether you open our emails or click their links.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications in our phone apps, the app creates a device token that we store with your account. To send a notification we pass the token, the notification's title and text, and the screen it opens to Expo, our notification service, which delivers it through Apple Push Notification service or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Notification text can include a member's name and the start of a Community message, and the titles of Live sessions, lessons and giveaways. For private messages it shows only the sender's name; for group chats, only the group's name. Notifications may appear on your lock screen.
You can turn categories off or set quiet hours in Notification settings, or switch notifications off in your phone's settings. When you sign out or turn notifications off, we stop sending to that device.
Emails
Account emails, such as password resets and membership updates, are needed to run your account.
When you register for a masterclass you confirm your address from the email we send you, and you then receive masterclass emails: access details, reminders, a follow-up after a session, notice if a session changes, and invitations to upcoming weekly masterclasses. Educational emails, updates and membership invitations are sent only if you tick the separate optional box, which is never ticked for you.
Every masterclass and marketing email has an unsubscribe link, which stops all of them; reminders can't be switched off separately. After you unsubscribe we keep your record so that we don't email you again. To have it deleted, email us.
We never use a phone number for text-message marketing. Only our team sees it, to contact you about the masterclass if you ask, and we keep it with your registration until you ask us to delete it.
Open House guests
While Open House is on, you can check in as a guest with your full name, email address and phone number. You don't create an account or a password. We use these details so our Hosts and Admins know who attended and can contact you about that Open House if needed, and to understand our Open House attendance: how many people came, repeat visits, which links brought visitors, and whether visitors later became members. Checking in is not a marketing sign-up: we don't add you to our email lists or send you marketing emails or texts because you checked in.
Your check-in details are kept apart from member accounts, and only our Hosts and Admins can see them (only Admins can export them, and every view and export is logged). We keep them as a record of who attended for up to 24 months after you check in. After that your name, email address and phone number are deleted and only an anonymous count of the visit remains. To have them deleted sooner, email talkyopips@gmail.com.
Other people see you only by your first name and last initial, shown as "Name I. (Guest)". While Open House is on you can watch Open House Live sessions and use a private Trade Journal and Compound Plan. Your guest pass ends when Open House ends (at most 8 hours): you're signed out, and your guest Journal and Compound Plan data are deleted. A guest pass can't be turned into an account; to keep using Talk Yo Pips, create your own.
Live sessions, recordings and videos
Live sessions may be recorded. If you are on stage, your voice and video may be in the recording, and Live chat may be kept. Recordings are stored privately and are available to our team; we may make recordings, or parts of them, available to members, for example in Education.
Recordings are kept until we delete them. Backup copies of recordings are stored separately and are not automatically removed.
Some lesson videos play from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo (with do-not-track). When you play one, that service receives information about your device under its own policy.
Your choices
You can edit your profile in Profile, change your notification settings, unsubscribe from emails and delete your account. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction you can't make yourself (such as your email address), or deletion of a masterclass registration or email sign-up, email talkyopips@gmail.com.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the website or app (Profile → Account → Delete account). You have 14 days to change your mind. After that we delete your sign-ins, Journal and tools data, notifications and settings, device tokens, profile picture and uploads that aren't attached to messages, and we replace your name and email so the account can't be used.
These are kept: messages you posted in Community and Live chat, private and group messages and their attachments (shown as "Deleted member"), reports and moderation records, membership and billing records, and recordings you appear in.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Whop membership or remove you from our email lists; use Whop and the unsubscribe link for those.
How long we keep information
We keep information while your account exists, except as described above. A message you delete is hidden but may remain in our records. Password-reset links are deleted 7 days after they expire, and sign-ins end after 7 days without use.
When we delete or anonymise personal information we may keep anonymous totals, such as how many people attended a session or registered for a masterclass, which can no longer identify you.
Encrypted database backups are kept for up to about 3 months, so deleted information can remain in backups until they expire.
Where information is stored
Our servers and database are in the United States. Some providers, such as Cloudflare and LiveKit, may process information in other countries.
Children
Talk Yo Pips is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date, and for significant changes we tell members in the app or by email.
